Banned Countries
Crickex which has obtained an official license from the Curacao Gambling Commission can use it to legally organize sports betting and online casino games in dozens of countries through its own website and app. This is possible in the states that recognize the jurisdiction of Curacao. In total, it is more than 100 countries. However, some states prohibit companies from operating under the Curacao license. In particular, these are the Netherlands, Curacao, Australia, France and the Dutch West Indies.
If the user notices that the company operates in one of the banned countries, he can report the fact of violation to the Curacao Gaming Commission. However, before doing so, it is advisable to check whether a related license obtained in another jurisdiction legalizes the activities of this company.
